If booking is done online the check out time is 10 am and if booked directly with hotel check out time is 24 hours

You guys have cheated with false claims duly processed through booking.com with room quality claimed through pic & actual provided have NO resemblance. Their breakfast is the WORST that I've come across. Infact booking.com should stand down & get 50% for your lapses and claims
